As a Bellman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive warm, attentive service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon their arrival
- Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out processes
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations about local attractions, dining options, and transportation in Dubai
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring luggage carts are always available and in good condition
- Assist with valet parking services when required
