About this role
Beli: social app for restaurant lists, maps and personalized recommendations (10 people, $30M+ raised, NYC).
Comp: $200K-$260K + competitive equity. Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week Flatiron, Manhattan. Visa: O-1, TN and H1B transfers only.
Responsibilities

Own iOS/Android app features end to end: research, design, build, launch, measure

Full-stack features in Python/Django, Postgres, Angular/Ionic shipped to millions of users

Work with CTO/CEO on growth, engagement, retention; no PMs

Lead search, recommendations, partnerships (Tinder, reservations/delivery), translation, computer vision, shareable content

Mentor juniors as team scales ~3 to 7+ engineers; run A/B tests; talk to users
