Job title: Behavior Technician
About the Role We are seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home or community-based ABA services and support children in engaging and learning through positive reinforcement. This role involves driving to client homes and working in-person to implement behavior plans with families.
What You'll Do
- Provide in-person, in-home or community-based ABA services, delivering one-on-one support to children
- Engage children, reward positive behavior, and document data using electronic data collection
- Travel to client homes (driving required) and collaborate with families and supervisors
- Communicate progress and share updates with parents and care teams
- Opportunity for career growth toward Senior Behavior Technician or Program Manager within the agency

- Entry-level candidates, willing to learn and grow in the ABA field
- Strong communication and client engagement skills; caring and empathetic mindset
- Ability to drive to client homes and deliver services in-home or community settings
- Commitment to providing medically necessary ABA services and parent education
