Join TelevisaUnivision as a Corporate HR Intern in Santa Fe, Mexico City. You will support the HR Business Partners and assist in talent management, training and organizational development initiatives, contributing to operational efficiency and employee growth in a leading media company.
Support in updating and tracking HR reports, metrics, and databases. Organize and coordinate internal activities and corporate events. Collaborate in documentation and standardization of HR processes. Prepare presentations, organizational charts and project materials. Follow up on assigned tasks and participate in team meetings with HR Business Partners. Support internal communications of the HR area, helping to disseminate HR initiatives. Collaborate on continuous improvement and innovation projects within Corporate HR management.
Students in the final semesters of Psychology, Administration or related fields. Interest in developing in the HR field. Intermediate proficiency with Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Strong organizational, analytical and follow-up skills. Good oral and written communication. Proactive attitude, teamwork and willingness to learn.
Desirable knowledge in the elaboration of reports, databases or process documentation.
This formative experience does not include monetary compensation. Experience in a leading corporate environment in media and entertainment. Active participation in real HR processes.
