What does an internship at SENER involve?

With our paid internships you will collaborate with Sener for at least six months on a part-time basis with the possibility of continuing later, integrating into one of our teams and being part from day one of a real technical environment, where you can enrich your knowledge and collaborate on projects in line with your training and interests.

During your internship you will:

• Integrate into multidisciplinary teams made up of professionals from different specialties.

• Participate in international projects, which will allow you to develop within a global environment.

• Enjoy flexible hours to balance your studies with the internship.

• Have close mentoring to guide your development and learning.

• Be part of a dynamic team with a good working atmosphere.

• Participate in Youth Talent Program trainings where you will meet other students.

• Access Campus Sofia, a platform with training in: languages, tech, soft skills, health and more.

What is our Youth Talent Program (YTP)?

The YTP is the training program that accompanies talent entering Sener after finishing their studies. It lasts one year and is designed to boost your personal and technical growth within the company, offering an experience that accelerates your professional development and broadens your perspective within the sector.

Who joins the YTP enjoys:

• Trainings in soft skills to enhance your professional competencies.

• Technical sessions delivered by Sener professionals from different areas of specialization.

• Challenges related to projects that you will tackle in a team, applying your knowledge, exploring new solutions and learning from other profiles.

• Breakfasts with our management team, learning first-hand about the strategic vision regarding our different lines of activity (energy, mobility, aerospace and defense…).

• Support from your manager throughout the program.

• Networking opportunities with others participating in the program and with different Sener professionals.
