What You'll Do

• Join 7 OB/GYN physicians, 1 dedicated OB physician, and 1 NP as part of a collaborative team.
• Maintain a full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with roughly equal OB and GYN volume; flexible to tailor toward more OB or more surgical GYN.
• Support for high-risk OB, VBACs, and TOLACs, with 24/7 OBED and laborist coverage.
• See an average 20–26 patients per day depending on provider preference.
• 4-day clinical schedule with dedicated admin time; on-call ~48 shifts annually with protected post-call day off; additional compensation for extra call coverage.
• Utilize facilities including a 263-bed regional medical center with Level III NICU; Da Vinci X robotic systems available for certified surgeons; dedicated L&D ORs and strong nursing/administrative support. What We're Looking For
• BE/BC OB/GYN
• Interest in a full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with the ability to focus on OB or surgical GYN as desired
• Collaborative team player committed to serving a diverse and medically complex population
• Willing to participate in high-risk OB care; comfortable with VBAC/TOLAC
• A strong work ethic and adaptability to a 4-day clinical schedule Nice to Have
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (Da Vinci X) or willingness to operate in a robotic-enabled environment Compensation & Benefits
• Guaranteed base salary of $450,000 with productivity-based incentives; potential to exceed $600,000+ once fully ramped
• Recruitment incentive of $100,000
