Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and skin concerns.
- Suggest appropriate skincare products and treatments tailored to individual needs and budgets.
- Inform clients about the benefits and options of various non-surgical beauty procedures.
- Provide detailed pre and post treatment care guidelines to optimize results and enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist in managing appointment bookings and overseeing the client intake process.
- Keep the consultation space clean and organized to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Uphold high standards of client care and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years as a Beauty Consultant or in a related role in the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of non-surgical beauty treatments (e.g., dermal fillers, thread lifts) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with clients.
- Strong active listening skills to effectively understand client needs and concerns.
- Proven ability to recommend products and services confidently through consultative selling.
