About the Role You will join Coty as a Beauty Consultant and Counterlead at Galeria Berlin-Steglitz, working with our exclusive beauty and luxury brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive in-store performance. This is a full-time role with potential for professional growth. What You'll Do
- Manage our exclusive beauty assortment and luxury brands at the counter
- Conduct sales-promoting activities such as promotions, sales drives, and events at the counter
- Provide professional, individualized customer consultations and build a personal customer base
- Ensure an image-consistent presentation of products at the counter and implement the latest product launches
- Drive sales of Coty brands with passion and professionalism
- Take on additional responsibilities as counter lead: inform and motivate the team, delegate tasks, and monitor success, while fostering existing strengths What We're Looking For
- Passion for great brands and enthusiasm for beauty products and fragrances
- First experience in sales, ideally in fragrance
- English language skills are desirable
- Strong customer service orientation and high initiative
- Open, confident personality with willingness to take responsibility
