The Role
- Part-time W-2 employment (not 1099)
- Dedicated to one brand: rhode
- Competitive pay, based on experience
- Scheduled at Sephora locations
- Weekend availability required
What You'll Do
- Become the in-store rhode expert and drive sales toward brand goals
- Educate shoppers and store teams on rhode’s products and story
- Host and support rhode launches and in-store events
- Keep rhode’s displays sharp and on-brand
- Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app
You Bring
- 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience
- Genuine passion for rhode and skincare
- A strong selling and education background
- Experience hosting beauty events
- A confident, professional, team-player attitude
- The drive to work independently
- A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
- Reliable transportation to stores across the market
