About the Role The Body Shop is looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our in-store teams across Australia. Roles include Beauty Advisors (Casual, Part-Time), Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. You will help deliver a personalised brand experience, share product knowledge and connect with customers to create an engaging shopping journey.
What You'll Do
- Embody the brand experience from the moment a customer enters the store; tell inspiring stories and bring our naturally inspired products and ingredients to life
- Deliver genuine personal service with exceptional product knowledge to enrich every customer interaction
- Create a fantastic customer experience through personable service, relationship-building and strong product knowledge
- Support store team execution across sales, operations, standards and service; for leadership paths, assist in coaching and developing team members
