Based in Parramatta, NSW, Australia, this role welcomes applicants with a range of makeup experience. While certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also consider applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Educate customers on products and techniques to enhance their beauty results
- Contribute to in-store events and initiatives to drive engagement and sales
- Support visual merchandising standards to ensure the store stands out
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and maintain high performance
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Eligibility to live and work in the country; proof may be required if invited to interview
