About the Role Join Sally Beauty as a Beauty Advisor to help customers express themselves through hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails. You will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience and guiding customers on their beauty journey with knowledge and friendly service. What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty
- Recommend additional and complimentary products
- Inform customers of current promotions and events
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
- Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

- High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Working conditions/physical requirements: long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching; exposure to irritant chemicals Nice to Have
