About the Role The Sally Beauty Advisor helps customers through their beauty journey by providing personalized service and product recommendations. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, and you will receive training to build knowledge and expertise. The role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience and fostering loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
- Can read and explain product labels.
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
