About the Role Join Sally Beauty as a Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience by helping customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, providing product knowledge and customer service. You will build relationships and guide the customer’s beauty journey while supporting promotions and loyalty enrollment.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to apply knowledge from product training to support customer service.
- Can read and explain product labels.
- Can follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
