Job title: Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales)
About the Role Join Sally Beauty as a Beauty Advisor to help customers navigate hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, delivering a memorable shopping experience. You’ll build relationships, inform customers about promotions, and guide them through their beauty journey with training provided.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for beauty and customer service; ability to help customers through their beauty experience.
- Willingness to work with a range of schedules in a part-time role; able to work onsite.
- Physical requirements: must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, may be on a ladder; long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching; may be exposed to fumes, odors, irritant chemicals; working around moving parts.
