BCBA | Fully Remote | $40–$60/Hour
Skill Sprouts ABA is hiring a BCBA who wants clinical autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to work remotely.
We are a growing ABA provider serving children and young adults throughout New Mexico. This is a fully remote BCBA position, with in-person client visits only when clinically necessary or for special cases.
We are especially interested in bilingual BCBAs. Spanish is preferred, and we also value candidates who speak other languages used throughout New Mexico.

What You'll Do

Conduct behavioral and functional assessments

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions

Supervise and support RBTs and ABA staff

Provide caregiver training and support

Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team

Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

Provide ongoing clinical guidance to RBTs

Complete required clinical documentation

Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
What We're Looking For
Current BCBA certification through the BACB
New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure
Master's degree or higher in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field
Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Collaborative, ethical, and family-centered approach
Bilingual Spanish preferred; additional New Mexican languages are also valued
Compensation & Benefits
