Tasks & Attributions:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Blue-Collar positions (Operators , Technicians ..... ) , from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified Blue-Collar candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and overall suitability for the position.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with internal processes and Smart Recruiters requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications

Education: BAC+5 degree in Human Resources, business administration or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience whiting companies with massive population .

Language: Fluent in English & French.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and different stakeholders.
