To strengthen our team, we are looking for a BC Recruiter Specialist in our plant in Tangier.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Blue-Collar positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified Blue-Collar candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and overall suitability for the position.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with internal processes and Smart Recruiters requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Education: BAC+5 degree in Human Resources, business administration or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.

• Language: Fluent in English & French.

• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and different stakeholders.
