About the Role Die Holcim (Schweiz) AG sucht eine/n Baumaschinenführer/in, der die sach- und fachgerechte Bedienung, Wartung und Pflege der Baumaschinen und Anlagen sicherstellt und deren effizienter Einsatz gewährleistet. Dabei achtet er bzw. sie auf die kontinuierliche Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards. Zudem unterstützt du bei Störungsbehebung sowie Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den dir zugeteilten Maschinen und Anlagen. Du sorgst für ein sauberes und geordnetes Arbeitsumfeld auf dem Areal, am Arbeitsplatz sowie auf den Fahrpisten. Du unterstützt bei Sprengvorbereitungen im Rahmen des Rohmaterialabbaus.
