Battery Distribution & Accounting Lead
The Battery Distribution & Accounting Lead will oversee the efficient distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and financial accountability of MAX’s battery inventory across locations. The role will ensure accurate inventory records, strong controls, timely reconciliations, and effective coordination between Operations, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end distribution and movement of batteries across MAX locations, hubs, and operational sites.
- Maintain accurate records of battery receipts, transfers, allocations, deployments, returns, repairs, and disposals.
- Reconcile physical battery counts with system records and financial/accounting records, identifying and resolving variances.
