Job title: Bartender PT - Music Hall- HOB Las Vegas
Join Live Nation's Music Hall - HOB Las Vegas as a Part-Time Bartender. You will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests in a lively venue, maintaining a cheerful, efficient, and professional service.
What You'll Do
- Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor
- Cultivate regular guests and repeat business
- Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift
- Suggestively sell both beverages and menu items at the bar
- Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly
- Prioritize and organize drink orders
- Consistently prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications, abide by all control systems
- Record any equipment failure and/or safety hazards in bar log
- Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and HOB alcohol policies

- Ability to recognize signs of intoxication and refuse service in a courteous, safety-minded manner, escalating to a manager as needed
- Commitment to responsible alcohol service per local ordinances and HOB policies, including alcohol awareness training
