Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking a Bartender to deliver outstanding beverage service within our Food & Beverage department. This is a guest-facing role for someone personable, skilled behind the bar, and who understands that great hospitality is just as important as a great cocktail.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced bartender who brings professionalism, energy, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.
What You'll Do
- As a Bartender, you'll be the face of our bar program — crafting cocktails, building rapport with members, and working alongside our Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless dining and social experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to club standards

Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, drink offerings, and daily specials

Set up, maintain, and break down the bar before and after each shift

Monitor and manage bar inventory, requisitions, and proper storage

Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all applicable laws

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer

Ability to multitask and stay composed during high-volume service

Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends — required for this role
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, club, or upscale environment preferred

Food handler/food safety certification

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
