Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the Bar team with daily preparation and service tasks.

Assist with the bar mise en place before, during and after service.

Collaborate in the preparation and service of cocktails, beverages, coffee, soft drinks and

other drinks according to hotel standards.

Support the preparation of ingredients, garnishes, syrups, infusions and other elements
-
required for service.
-
Assist the team in providing professional, friendly and personalized service to guests.

Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, order and organization of the bar throughout the
-
service.

Comply with the quality, presentation and service standards established by the hotel.

Support the proper control and use of beverages, ingredients, glassware, utensils and
-
equipment.

Assist with stock control and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant supervisor.
-
Support the receiving, storage and proper conservation of products and beverages.
-
Assist with inventory counts and product controls when required.
-
Collaborate with the Bar team and other departments to ensure an efficient and well�coordinated service.
-
Support the correct management and reduction of waste and product loss.
-
Assist in complying with hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures.
-
Collaborate in the preparation of new drinks, cocktails and bar proposals when required.

Participate in other departmental projects and tasks according to operational needs.

Profile & Skills
-
Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, Bartending
-
or a related field.
-
Genuine interest in developing a career in Bar & Beverage within the hospitality and
-
gastronomy industry.
-
Passion for cocktails, beverages and hospitality.
-
Positive attitude, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
-
Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
-
Availability: 3 to 6 months.
