Bartender

A Bartender is needed at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia, part of Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. The role is focused on welcoming guests, serving drinks and food, and contributing to relaxing, memorable experiences for guests. You will be the friendly face of the hotel bars, a helpful host, a local expert, and a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and set a positive tone for each guest’s experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks to high standards and highlight promotions to guests.
• Collaborate with restaurant colleagues to provide seamless food service.
• Set up the bar, stock supplies, manage inventory, and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Change beer barrels and maintain the bar area in a clean, tidy, and secure state.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Wear the uniform with pride and present a professional appearance.
• Support colleagues with ad-hoc duties as needed and follow safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• You will be on your feet for extended periods with frequent bending and kneeling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg) as required by duties such as handling barrels and crates.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills.
• Flexible availability, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Experience preparing a wide range of beverages; formal bartending training is preferred.
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and alcohol serving; must meet minimum age requirements and be fluent in the local language.
• Excellent communication skills; warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
