About the Role
The Bartender role is to prepare, mix, and serve beverages to guests while maintaining a welcoming bar environment and handling related side tasks. This onsite position supports guest service and bar operation in a fast-paced hospitality setting. What You'll Do
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following specifications.
- Serves food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Interacts verbally with bar guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
- Completes opening and closing side work.
- Slices fruit and vegetables. What We're Looking For
- Ability to mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare beverages.
- Strong customer service with a friendly, upbeat demeanor.
- Ability to operate bar equipment and assist with bar-related tasks.
- Must be 21 years old; possess a food handler card; and obtain OLCC liquor permit in Oregon. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $16 per hour.
