About the Role L’Armani/Privè Club is seeking a Bartender to uphold luxurious standards and satisfy guests' needs, ensuring a memorable Armani experience during night-time operations. What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve a range of cocktails and beverages while maintaining Armani's luxury standards.
- Provide attentive guest service, anticipate needs, and uphold brand standards.
- Manage bar operations during night shifts (21:00–04:00/05:00) and ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with club staff to create a seamless guest experience. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in clubs/nightlife venues.
- Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
- Fluent Italian and English. Nice to Have
- Availability for late-night shifts. Compensation & Benefits
- RAL €32,000 per year (gross, full-time equivalent) to be pro-rated to 60% (3 evenings per week).
- Seasonal schedule: September – April/May. The role is part-time (60%).
