Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and create memorable guest experiences through creativity, genuine hospitality, and personalized service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver personalized guest service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Recommend beverages based on guests’ preferences and tastes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area in accordance with hotel standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations and high service standards
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in South Korea
- Associate's degree or higher
Additional Information
Preferred Qualifications
Bartending experience in a luxury hotel
Available for basic conversation in Korean
Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and beverage preparation techniques
communication skills and a guest-oriented service mindset
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
