Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Department: Bar/Beverage Reports To: Manager

Job Purpose

• To provide excellent beverage service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and other beverages.
• Take customers’ orders accurately and provide friendly service.
• Maintain proper stock levels of beverages and bar supplies.
• Monitor and record beverage usage and wastage.
• Keep the bar area, equipment, and utensils clean and organised.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately where required.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Ensure drinks are prepared according to the establishment’s standards.
• Report damaged equipment, low stock, or unusual incidents to the Manager.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of beverages and basic cocktail preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good numerical and organisational skills.
