Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest

• Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members

• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages

• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages

• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean

• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

• About You

• Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations

• Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position

• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds

• Team player

• Previous bartending experience is a plus

Hourly Team Member Average Pay: $10 – $20 per hour

Assistant Manager Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

After you have mastered hourly team member responsibilities, or if you have past leadership experience in a different capacity, your experience will help you prepare for the next level with Chili's and the Assistant Manager role provides:

• 8-10 Week Training Program
• Area AO (Area of Ownership) Meetings

Manager Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000

After a minimum of six months as an Assistant Manager, you may be ready for your next big move up. As you continue to develop your leadership skills, you may enjoy such growth options as:

• Mentoring opportunities through the RISE program
• Online manager development training modules
• On-the-job skill training in schedule writing, budgeting, data analysis, and more

General Manager Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000
