About the Role Bartenders at Chili's in Laramie, WY are responsible for more than mixing drinks. They help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere while delivering great food and beverages. If you enjoy providing excellent service and making guests feel special, this role is for you. What You'll Do
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
- Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
- Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
- Team player
- Previous bartending experience is a plus Nice to Have
- Previous bartending experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $10 – $20 per hour
