About the Role Our bartenders mix more than a great drink; they help create a lively Chili's experience by serving food and drinks with hospitality. The role focuses on delivering an enjoyable bar experience, remaining visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members, and upholding responsible alcohol service while contributing to a safe, welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
- Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
- Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Team player
- Previous bartending experience is a plus Nice to Have

- Hourly pay: $10 – $20 per hour
