About the Role Chili's bartenders mix more than a great drink—providing outstanding guest service while crafting a lively, hospitable atmosphere behind the bar. This role emphasizes knowledge of food and beverages, responsible alcohol service, and keeping the bar area clean and welcoming.
What You'll Do
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
- Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

- Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds

- Previous bartending experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $6.00 – $6.00 hourly plus tips
