Job Description

Summary: Prepare and serve beverages during banquets and events while ensuring exceptional guest service. Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area and collaborate with banquet and service teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and event specifications.
• Guest Service: Engage with guests courteously, taking orders efficiently and responding to inquiries or special requests.
• Setup & Cleanup: Prepare bar areas prior to events; clean and restock supplies post-event, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff, waiters, and kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of beverages.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with restocking and storage.
• Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Support: Assist with overall event setup and breakdown as needed.

Qualifications

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, demonstrating your ability to craft sophisticated beverages and provide discreet, refined service that exceeds guest expectations.

• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.

• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and bar management systems, with a solid understanding of sophisticated beverage protocols, mixology standards, and event service coordination to ensure flawless operations.

• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
