About the Role A Bartender position at Cornerstone Restaurant Group in Uncasville, CT. The role supports the guest experience by preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, and helping maintain inventory as part of the front-of-house team. What You'll Do
- Serve beverages to guests and take customer orders
- Maintain inventory and assist with stock as needed
- Interact with guests professionally and ensure a positive dining experience What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a bar/restaurant setting
- At least 18 years old
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Strong communication and guest service skills Nice to Have
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
