About this role
A friendly and professional Bartender at Accor, based at ibis London Luton Airport, Luton, will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar by delivering efficient and effective service. You will ensure the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages while creating an engaging and dynamic guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to our F&B outlets and provide efficient, friendly, and professional service
- Maintain the hotel's image through attitude, professionalism and grooming standards
- Communicate proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and coffees
- Demonstrate good knowledge of our products
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station
- Keep the F&B area well stocked at all times
- Receive and process customers’ payments
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service
- Clean and sanitize tables
- Take a positive, proactive approach to guest problems and concerns
- Actively promote hotel facilities and services
Requirements
- Ability to welcome guests and deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service
- Demonstrated professionalism and grooming standards consistent with the hotel environment
- Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience preparing and serving cocktails and coffees
- Knowledge of our products and the ability to convey information to guests

- Ability to keep the F&B area stocked and organized
- Competence in handling payments
