Barred Commercial Litigation Attorney
Remote: CA-Barred Commercial Litigation Attorney
Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique, high-end mixed practice commercial litigation firm in search of a Litigation Attorney for a short-term contract assignment. This opportunity is expected to run 1–2 months and will provide critical support to the firm while a named partner is out on paternity leave. This role is fully remote and is expected to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy
- Help move active matters forward and manage case backlog
- Provide litigation support across a variety of matters, with an emphasis on commercial litigation
- Work collaboratively with the firm’s team, while not serving as attorney of record
Qualifications

Active California bar admission required

Prior litigation experience required

Open to attorneys with either plaintiff-side or defense-side backgrounds

Commercial litigation experience strongly preferred

Strong writing, research, and case management skills
