We are recruiting to fill the position below:
- Job Title: Barman
- Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
- Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Barman is responsible for running the hotel bar.
- You will mix and serve drinks, keep the bar area clean, and make sure guests have a great time.
- We need someone who is fast, friendly, and knows how to make good drinks.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
- Take drink orders directly from guests or hotel staff.
- Keep the bar counter, glasses, and equipment clean and hygienic.
- Keep track of bar stock and report when supplies need to be reordered.
- Receive payments from guests and manage the cash register accurately.
- Check identification to make sure guests meet the legal drinking age.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of how to mix standard drinks and cocktails.
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to talk easily with guests.
- Honest, reliable, and careful with money and inventory.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work evening or night shifts.
- Previous experience working as a bartender or in hospitality.
- Must live in or be able to easily commute to Abule Egba.
Salary
- N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
