Notre hôtel récent dispose de 245 chambres toutes équipées au design novateur, d’un restaurant et café Rosé, aux airs de Provence, ainsi que de 3 espaces de meetings aux couleurs volcaniques. Le must ? Notre auberge d'altitude Pedzouille La Grange, un surprenant restaurant et bar rooftop face à la Tour Eiffel. Nous sommes à quelques pas du Pavillon 6 de Paris Expo Porte de Versailles qui accueillent de grands évènements et salons chaque année.

Description du poste

Passionné(e) par l'univers du bar et de la restauration, vous êtes un véritable créateur d’expériences, un hôte attentionné et un joyeux luron qui aime partager sa bonne humeur. Vous avez le sens du service, le goût du challenge et l’envie de faire découvrir de nouvelles saveurs à notre clientèle ? Alors, ce poste est fait pour vous !

Au sein de notre établissement, vous participez pleinement à l’expérience proposée par Pedz en assurant le service de nos deux espaces bar, dont un bar principal et un bar à cocktails à l’esprit speakeasy. Votre mission : faire de chaque passage au bar un moment unique, alliant convivialité, créativité et excellence du service, tout en contribuant au développement du chiffre d’affaires.

Vos missions au quotidien

Accueillir et conseiller : offrir un accueil chaleureux, conseiller les clients et leur faire découvrir notre carte de boissons et de cocktails. Préparer et servir : réaliser et servir des boissons classiques ainsi que des cocktails, dans le respect des recettes, des standards et de l’identité de Pedz. Faire vivre le bar : contribuer à l’ambiance, à l’animation et à la convivialité des différents espaces, en créant une véritable expérience client. Développer les ventes : valoriser l’offre, être force de proposition et participer activement à l’augmentation du chiffre d’affaires. Assurer les encaissements : gérer la facturation et l’encaissement des consommations avec rigueur. Gérer les stocks et les approvisionnements : veiller à la disponibilité des produits, suivre les stocks et anticiper les besoins. Garantir la qualité du service : maintenir un bar propre, organisé et fonctionnel, dans le respect des règles d’hygiène et des procédures de l’établissement.

Qualifications

  • Expérience probante dans un poste similaire d'au minimum d'1 an
