Barista – The Living Room
We're seeking an experienced Barista to join The Living Room at YellowDoor Hotels to deliver exceptional coffee experiences, maintain premium coffee equipment, and ensure beverage quality in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain all coffee machines and brewing equipment.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
- Perform daily cleaning, calibration, descaling, and maintenance routines.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and presentation of every beverage served.
- Deliver excellent customer service during peak operating hours.
- Monitor coffee quality, stock levels, and equipment performance.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Support smooth café operations during mornings, evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional Barista experience.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
