About the Role Barista role at Doctors Orders café inside the Dr. Martens Brewer Street store in London. This isn’t a traditional barista role; you’ll help bring the space to life through events, activations, workshops, launches, and community moments, in addition to serving great coffee. You’ll thrive when culture and people are as important as coffee. What You'll Do
- Serve high-quality coffee using premium beans and equipment, with care and consistency.
- Support light food preparation and service, maintaining hygiene, presentation, and operational standards.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment, building genuine connections with customers, local communities, and visitors to the space.
- Play an active role in events, activations, workshops, launches, and community experiences, helping bring the Doctors Orders and Dr. Martens brand to life.
- Confidently engage customers with the stories behind the café, the store, and the wider cultural activity taking place within the space.
- Flex between café and retail environments when needed, supporting seamless customer experiences across the wider Brewer Street store.
- Contribute ideas, energy, and creativity to help keep the café experience fresh, relevant, and engaging.

- Salary: £14.90 per hour
- Part-time role: 16 hours per week
