Job Description

• Assist bartenders with preparation and service support.
• Restock beverages, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas.
• Wash and polish glassware and bar equipment as required.
• Collect and dispose of empty bottles, waste, and used items.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating beverage inventory.
• Support opening and closing bar duties.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Provide assistance to the service team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, café, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Fast, reliable, and organized.
• Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Professional grooming and positive attitude.
