Job Description As Bar Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations while maintaining the exceptional service standards our resort guests expect. Your primary responsibilities include: Manage bar and beverage service across all resort outlets, including beach and pool areas, ensuring smooth operations and consistent quality standards throughout service hours; coach and develop bar staff members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and maintains high performance standards; deliver outstanding guest experiences by personally addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and genuine hospitality, turning every interaction into a memorable moment; uphold all HACCP food safety protocols, allergen management procedures, and alcohol service regulations to protect our guests and maintain our resort's reputation; oversee beverage selection, preparation standards, and inventory management to ensure every drink meets our resort's quality expectations; address operational challenges and guest concerns with diplomacy and sound judgment, maintaining a positive atmosphere for both staff and guests; track bar performance, manage costs, and implement improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
