Bar Supervisor (Hotel Franchised)

South Palms Resort and Spa Panglao - MGallery Collection is seeking a Bar Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar at our Panglao, Philippines property. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and seamless service in line with the hotel’s brand standards. You will lead and inspire the bar team to consistently provide high-quality beverages, personalized service, and operational excellence while upholding the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and responsible service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high-quality beverage service
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to achieve consistent performance
• Ensure presentation, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
