We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join our TRIBE community and lead the bar operation at Feels Like June, our California-inspired restaurant and bar. As part of one of London's most exciting lifestyle hospitality brands, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, driving bar performance, and developing a high-performing team.

Job Description
What you'll do
- Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure the bar operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high service standards.
- Develop and maintain creative cocktail menus and beverage offerings aligned with the Feels Like June concept.
- Manage stock control, ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor beverage costs, wastage, and gross profit margins.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, creating a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
- Lead service periods, ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, food safety requirements, and health & safety standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve issues.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to achieve departmental objectives and financial targets.
Qualifications
- What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bar Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or premium bar environment.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and current beverage trends.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion for developing others.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing stock, labour, and beverage costs.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- A hands-on approach with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Personal Licence Holder qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience using POS and stock management systems.
