The JobSquad is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as On-Call Banquet Servers and Food Runners!
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, event-based work. Associates will assist with select banquets, special events, and catering functions as they are scheduled. Events will occur periodically, so this position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable remaining on call between assignments and are interested in picking up shifts when opportunities become available.

Responsibilities
- Deliver food to guests and assist with food running during banquet and catering events.
- Carry serving trays safely and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance throughout each event.
- Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow event-specific instructions, food safety guidelines, and dress code requirements.
- Remain available for occasional assignments as events are scheduled.
Requirements
To maintain a consistent, professional appearance at events, associates must wear:

All-black clothing: black shoes, black pants, and a black T-shirt or polo with no visible logos.

Hair must be securely pulled back and up.

No dangling jewelry.

A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.

Dependability, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.

Flexibility to accept sporadic assignments and remain on call between events.

Reliable transportation or willingness to coordinate carpooling with the team.

Skills & abilities

Ability to carry serving trays and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Ability to work up to 14 hour shifts as needed.

Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

ServSafe certification is a plus!
