We are recruiting zero-hour Bank Support Workers to join our schemes across the Essex region. As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll help people to live their best life with kindness and compassion, supporting individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in the community. What You'll Do

Assist in creating and implementing support plans for customers, ensuring consistency and correctness.

Support individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in their community by being innovative, enthusiastic and encouraging.

Uphold the rights and dignity of the people you support; respect individual characters and differing wants and needs.

Provide support across all aspects of care and support, and maintain records with high levels of attention to detail.

Ability to understand and respond to people’s unique needs and desires.

Experience in providing support to vulnerable individuals.

Strong record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.

Compassionate, caring nature with a commitment to rights and respect for individuals.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check.
