Job title: Bancassurance Relationship Officers
We are recruiting Bancassurance Relationship Officers to carry out sales activities, acquire and retain customers, and represent the brand while providing accurate product information and resolving customer enquiries.
Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Receive and resolve customer enquiries, requests and complaints
- Provide feedback to improve processes, products and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 2.2
- Must have completed NYSC
- Minimum of 1 year’s sales or marketing experience in a financial institution
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills and business knowledge
- Must not exceed 26 years of age at the time of application
