Job title: Balance Processor
About the Role BRINKS is seeking a Balance Processor to perform data entry, reconciliation, and balance verification related to coin, cash, and vault operations. You will support accurate cash handling, deposits, and reporting to ensure secure custody of assets.
What You'll Do
- Perform data entry and verifications in PC Coin and iTrack systems to record payouts, deposits, and balance changes.
- Enter pay outs and deposits into the FED system.
- Conduct Coinstar (CIMS) verification and reconcile coin balances.
- Balance satellite vaults daily; respond to coin balance inquiries.
- Perform billing and balance verification for customers (PC Coin vs iCash).
- Generate monthly coin balance reporting; maintain accurate records.
- Maintain guard liability and assets records and ensure safeguarding of assets.
What We're Looking For
- Data entry experience with strong attention to detail; familiarity with cash handling operations.
- Experience with or willingness to learn PC Coin, iTrack, Coinstar (CIMS) verification processes.
- Ability to balance vaults, reconcile accounts, and produce routine reports.
- Excellent record-keeping, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Security-conscious with the ability to handle sensitive information.
Nice to Have
- Experience in similar BRINKS roles (e.g., Cash Processor, Armed Transport Guard).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 20.43 - 24.41 per hour
- Base compensation between 20.43 - 24.41 Hourly
