Job Vacancy Our client, a reputable and well-established ice cream production company with its head office in Abuja, is seeking diligent, honest, entrepreneurial, and high-performing individuals as Bakers.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, churn, and decorate fresh pastries, cakes, and ice cream using set recipes.
- Safely run and clean production equipment like heavy dough rollers, ice cream churners, and commercial ovens.
- Keep the kitchen clean, follow food safety rules, and record daily stock and production numbers on the computer.
Major Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE.
- Proven hands-on experience across pastry baking, gelato/ice cream churning, and cake assembly.
- Computer literate with basic proficiency in report writing and digital record-keeping.
- Ability to operate, clean, and troubleshoot standard bakery and dessert machines.
- Candidates must reside within or close to the listed locations and should be able to resume promptly.
