About the Role Live Nation is seeking a Backstage Caretaker for the Truliant Amphitheater. The role maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of backstage areas including dressing rooms, offices, laundry, restrooms, showers, catering, and garden areas, supporting smooth operations during show and non-show days. What You'll Do
- Keep the backstage artist areas beautiful and inviting – cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms; keep all artist areas free of trash; restock restroom paper products as needed.
- Quick-response cleanup – spills, overfilled trash bins, clogged toilets, refilling paper products, etc.
- Assist in upkeep of flowers and plants, indoors and outdoors, maintaining the beauty and ambiance of backstage areas.
- Be a welcoming face to our clients. Friendly and helpful with a strong sense of situational awareness.
- Reset dressing rooms and launder venue towels on non-show days.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.
- Use a variety of basic housekeeping tools and equipment: vacuums, mops/buckets, brooms, disinfectants, laundry machines, etc.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. What We're Looking For

- Comfortable reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders; able to perform maintenance tasks and basic preventive maintenance.
- Comfortable with housekeeping tasks and using basic tools/equipment like vacuums, disinfectants, and laundry machines.
- Proactive in spotting operational issues and reporting them to supervision; adherence to safety regulations.
